It deals no direct damage and has guaranteed accuracy (it never misses) and 5 PP.

On top of that, the move has -7 priority, so it usually goes last.

143 Pokémon can learn Trick Room, such as Abra, Kadabra, Alakazam, Slowpoke and Slowbro.

Official effect

For five turns, slower Pokémon will act before faster Pokémon.
