Max Lightning is a physical Electric-type move introduced in generation 8.
It has 10 power, guaranteed accuracy (it never misses) and 10 PP.
As a Electric-type move, it is super effective against Water and Flying Pokémon, not very effective against Grass, Electric and Dragon and has no effect on Ground. Electric-type Pokémon get a 50% damage bonus (STAB) when using it.
No Pokémon learns this move in the current games.
Official effect
For five turns, prevents all Pokémon on the ground from sleeping and strengthens their Electric moves to 1.5× their power.
